1. Introduction & Acceptance
- The Agreement: By using Tamilanmart, users agree to these terms.
- Eligibility: Users must be 15+ to place orders.
- Modifications: Tamilanmart reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Product Information & Pricing
- FSSAI Compliance: All products meet FSSAI standards. Tamilanmart ensures a minimum shelf life of 30% or 45 days (whichever is higher) for packaged food at the time of delivery.
- Pricing: Goods are sold at MRP unless a discount is specified. Prices may fluctuate for fresh items like fruits and vegetables.
- Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, actual product packaging and materials may vary
3. Orders & Payment
- Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once you receive a digital receipt.
- Payment: We accept UPI and COD.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up until they are "Dispatched." No cancellation fees can be charged unless Tamilanmart incurs a direct cost from the cancellation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Area: Services are currently limited to specific zones (e.g., within Tamil Nadu).
- Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays due to force majeure (rain, strikes, etc.) are exempt from liability.
- Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.
5. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements
- Perishables: Fresh items (milk, meat, vegetables) must be checked at the time of delivery. Returns for these are only accepted if they are damaged or spoiled at the moment of handover.
- Non-Perishables: Defective or incorrect packaged goods can be returned within 24-48 hours.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
6 .Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and trademarks (including the name "Tamilanmart") are the property of the business and may not be used without permission.
